Pay Fees Online with PayPal

Orcas Island Public Library patrons and vistors can now use PayPal.

You can use PayPal to pay for:

• Lost or damaged items
• Buy or Renew a Visitor or Non-Resident Card
• Interlibrary Loan fees

You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service; those that already have an account, can sign in and complete the transaction.
