Request for Qualifications - Architectural Services
The Orcas Island Public Library is in the process for a proposed expansion of approximately 6,000 square feet to be constructed at 500 Rose Street, Eastsound, WA. The Orcas Island Public Library is requesting Statement of Qualifications for Architectural Services. Please do not include sub consultants in your submittal.
